Love Bidnapper. I used to use (a piece of sniper software), which has become overly complex in later revisions and there is NO support available. A web based solution is a much better choice.

I just signed up for Bidnapper and couldn't believe it works even better than you promised. I placed a bid for an item and your program sniped it with just 3 seconds left. I love your services! I am a blind user and I use text to speech software to allow me to use the internet and ebay. Your web page is extremely easy to use...for blind people, so don't change anything.
